This privacy policy governs your use of the software application “Fire Fight” for Oculus Gear VR and Oculus Go that was created by AO Games. The Application is a VR Action Arcade game that doesn’t feature any obscene content. The application uses functionality of Samsung Gear VR and Oculus Go headsets and controllers.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect or store any User information. The Application does obtains some of the information the user has provided to the Oculus Store when you download the Application from the Oculus store.

The Application will generally use the provided (a) name and user name; for placing the user on the leaderboards (b) transaction-related information, so the user can make use of the In app Purchases through the Oculus IAP API.

Automatically Collected Information.

This Application does not automatically collect any information about the User.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Fire Fight and AO Games does not share user information with any third parties. Oculus may share user data as agreed by the Oculus Terms of Service.

What are my opt-out rights?

This application does not collect any user information. The application does use the information provided to Oculus by the User for the Leaderboards and for IAP. You can opt out by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information.

We do not retain any User Provided data.

Children Policy.

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

Changes.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
